Where did July go?

As Java Sweets continues to grow, I feel not only blessed but tired! The whole month of July, I meant to sit down, quiet my mind, and write down some thoughts. But, here it is the last day of July, and I am just now sitting down to say, “Where did July go?”.  I meant to say, “Happy Fourth of July and what a blessing it is to live in the USA!”, or “Thank you to West Jefferson’s Christmas in July Festival for a complete sell out of Java Sweets’ Cookies!”.  Nevertheless, our first summer selling coffee flavored cookies has been another huge learning experience in the gourmet cookie business.

As Java Sweets cookies become available at many locally owned coffee shops around the Winston-Salem/Greensboro area, let me encourage you to stop by one of these great gourmet coffee houses and try your favorite coffee flavor. I have personally tried each and everyone’s coffee and I have not been disappointed yet! You can now find Java Sweets’ cookies at The Mojoe Coffee House in Welcome, The Wallburg Emporium and Coffee Shop in Wallburg, Twin City Hive and all three locations of Coffee Park in Winston-Salem, Local Roots in Kernersville, and the Jumping Bean in Summerfield. A special heartfelt “Thank you” goes out to all of these businesses, who were willing to give us a try!

For those of you who have not tried Java Sweets, remember our gourmet coffee cookies are individually packaged and shipped in silver tins making them a great gift to send to any coffee lover for any occasion! And remember, only twenty more weeks till Christmas!

Happy Summer!
